Where is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport (PVR) is in Puerto Vallarta. Most major airlines have flights in and out of Puerto Vallarta:

What time zone will I be in?
San Pancho is on the Puerto Vallarta (Central) time zone. Our experience is that Apple devices lock on to the Nayarit time zone which is an hour different from Puerto Vallarta, and android devices tend to reflect the Puerto Vallarta time zone. This can cause some confusion, and we recommend you verify that your devices show the correct time when you arrive.
How far is it from Puerto Vallarta to San Pancho?
The drive is less than an hour in normal traffic conditions. San Pancho is approximately 25 miles (41.5 km) to the North.
How do I get to San Pancho from Puerto Vallarta?
Car service
If you are looking for a private car service that uses Suburbans or small vans to and from the airport, we recommend A Nayarit Experience. Call them for their rates. They will stop at La Comer-similar to a Whole Foods (recommended over Mega which is similar to a Super Walmart), so you can stock up on any food items you might need during your stay. They will need a photo of your flight itinerary to arrange a reservation. They are also available for car service in San Pancho and the surrounding areas.

They will have a taxi pick you up at the airport to take you to the rental location. The good news it is the same way you will be traveling to get to San Pancho (so no wasted time) and it gets you out of the airport fast and away from the crowds.
Taxi
The first option is the airport taxi as you exit the airport building. The second option is to travel by a local taxi. Exit the airport building and take the pedestrian bridge over the main highway; the taxi stop is on the other side of the bridge. You want a taxi to San Pancho and specifically The Church. Casa Amor is to the left of The Church.

How do I know if Casa Amor is available for my vacation dates?

Where is Casa Amor located?
Casa Amor is located in the colonial town of San Pancho on Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit. The home is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
Are there laundry facilities available?
Our laundry facilities are private, but we have a washer and dryer on-site in which our lovely housekeeper would be happy to do laundry for you for an additional fee (that is paid directly to her).
What are your smoking and pet policies?
We love our pets as much as you do, but please leave them at home. Casa Amor does not allow pets and is a no-smoking residence. If you must smoke, please use the outdoor areas.
Violation of the rules will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
Do I need to bring a hair dryer?
No, we have four well-stocked bathrooms, including hair dryers.
What are check-in/check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Do we need to purchase groceries or hire a cook/chef to cook for us?
We use the kitchen at the house to eat an occasional breakfast, appetizer, and/or prepare food for a beach day. The restaurants are all so close and there are so many choices (and very reasonably priced) that we eat out for most meals.
Should we rent a car or golf cart while staying at Casa Amor?
The town is very walkable from the house so no car is needed unless you plan to leave town. Golf carts are fun to rent and can be found around town. Ask a local and they will direct you to one of the rental locations (they do change occasionally).
Will the house be cleaned during our stay?
Yes, the maid service will clean according to how many days you booked. If you are staying 6 days or less, she will clean once. If you are staying 7 days or more, she will clean 2 times per week. She will usually arrive between 10-11am.
